From Monday to Friday, we endeavour to respond to all messages before the end of the next working day. For messages received on a Friday and across the weekend, we aim to respond by the end of the next working day, unless that day is a public holiday. However, at busier times this may take a little longer.

Are Cult Kits shirts authentic?
Yes, all shirts sold by Cult Kits are 100% authentic. Every shirt that we sell has been authenticated by multiple members of our team during the listing process. We do occasionally sell authentic re-issues such as Adidas Originals, however these are always clearly labelled in the product title and description. If on the extremely rare chance you receive a shirt that is not authentic, please contact us with details and we will provide a timely response and full refund if the shirt is inauthentic.

Why has my tracking information not updated?
There can sometimes be delays caused when our UK couriers hand over a shipment to the respective International handlers, again this is usually just a scanning delay with your local courier and tracking will quickly update once scanned. Always check your tracking reference with your local courier for more accurate updates.
I'm shipping to the USA, does Cult Kits cover the new Tariff costs?
Absolutely, Cult Kits covers 100% of all import duties when shipping into the United States. Don't fear Trump's tariffs, we've got you covered. Shop as normal for the smoothest vintage football shirt buying experience.
Does Cult Kits pay for Import VAT & Fees when shipping to the EU?
We are registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS); this means that VAT will be calculated and collected at checkout for all orders to the EU valued up to €150. If your order qualifies, you will see a tax breakdown below your order details at our checkout. If your order is below this threshold and you are requested to pay any fees when your order has arrived at customs, please contact us at info@cultkits.com as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you.
For orders to the EU over €150; VAT, import and duty fees may be applied by customs upon import.
