Does Cult Kits pay for Import VAT & Fees when shipping to the EU?
We are registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS); this means that VAT will be calculated and collected at checkout for all orders to the EU valued up to €150. This will be shown at checkout and displayed as tax. For orders to the EU over €150; VAT, import and duty fees may be applied upon import. No tax calculation will display for such orders.
Does Cult Kits ship to my country?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. For more information, please see our shipping and returns page.
When will you dispatch my order?
Once your order is received we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
We will send you two emails relating to the status of your order. The first will confirm its creation and the second will notify you of its shipment. This second email will contain a tracking number and link for you to follow its journey.
*All delivery aims are estimates provided by the shipping company and are usually accurate.
